Personas

In order to better understand the roles and needs of our key stakeholders and end users, we have developed detailed user personas. These personas represent the typical individuals who interact with our system, whether it’s in warehouse management, order picking, quality assurance, or IT administration.

Each persona highlights:

• Their role and key responsibilities.
• Skills and goals specific to their job.
• Personality traits that influence their workflows.
• Interests and hobbies that help us align our solutions with their motivations.

These personas are designed to guide the development process by keeping the users’ needs and pain points at the forefront of our decision-making. By referencing these profiles, we can ensure that the tools and processes we design are tailored to the diverse needs of our team.

Below, you’ll find the personas of four primary roles at CSF International:

1. Warehouse Manager (Jane Doe): Responsible for optimizing operations and improving efficiency.
2. Picker and Replenishment Staff (John Smith): Focuses on accurate and timely order picking.
3. Quality Assurance Specialist (Sarah Green): Ensures accuracy and quality standards in warehouse operations.
4. IT Administrator (Alex Johnson): Manages system configurations, integrations, and security.

These personas will serve as a reference throughout our project to ensure alignment with user expectations and objectives.
