Summary

  • document the hosted @videojs Shadcn registry for React and HTML, Tailwind CSS and vanilla CSS
  • show namespace setup plus exact Shadcn search, view, add, diff, and update commands
  • derive installation choices from canonical registry metadata and document package-based Player/media composition with editable skin and React UI items
  • add human- and agent-readable registry item instructions through each manifest's docs field
  • add a reusable source explorer for multi-file skin and component output
  • update installation, concepts, customization, and skin guides; remove stale eject and GitHub-registry commands
  • keep Background package-managed and account for the future public shadcn.videojs.org endpoint without requiring it in CI

  • generated registry remains ignored and untracked

ℹ️ How to interpret

Each entry is independently bundled, minified, and brotli-compressed. Initial size includes its static import graph; lazy dynamic chunks are reported separately.

Entries are not additive because their dependency graphs overlap. Preset rows represent realistic combined bundles.

Changes of 300 B or less across initial, lazy, and total size are collapsed, not discarded.

Run pnpm size locally to check current initial sizes.

Closing because user-facing documentation has been intentionally removed from this implementation stack and deferred to a later dedicated documentation pass.
