Add craft-proof-ui: a shared spelling review for the Craft apps - #592
Adds craft-proof-ui, a shared spelling review for the Craft apps: a panel that steps through a document's issues beside the page, and a section for the right-click menu on a misspelled word.
craft-proof is the suite's shared spelling engine, but each app has had to build its own review on top. This follows the precedent of craft-keymap's shared Keyboard Shortcuts dialog. An app supplies its documents through a small Host trait, plus its translations (Text, with STRINGS for the catalog) and theme colors.
The review:Change to starts with the best suggestion; click another or type a replacement, then Change. Double-clicking a suggestion applies it. The list fills the room above the actions and scrolls inside itself. Ignore Once, Ignore All and Add to Dictionary are buttons beneath, in a footer that stays in view in a short panel and keeps its place from one issue to the next. Preferred forms can't join the dictionary.
Underlines in the document:Review::marks and Review::covers tell an app what is left to underline, so ignored words lose their underline and edited text isn't marked at old offsets.
The document stays editable: a correction is checked against a fresh Host::check first, and changed text asks for a new pass rather than applying old offsets.
Cost: suggestions are requested for the current issue only.
Tested with 33 tests against a fake host, covering each action, stale text, changed language or dictionary, another document, a short and a narrow panel, what to underline, and the right-click section. It also adds the crate's CI job.
The first consumer is DesignCraft: storytold/designcraft#2286. WordCraft's pane is deliberately untouched here, so storytold/wordcraft#5357 isn't disturbed; moving it to this crate would be a follow-up, if wanted.
Added a spelling and grammar review panel for stepping through document issues, viewing suggestions and surrounding context, applying corrections, skipping findings, or adding misspelled words to the dictionary.
Added a right-click menu with issue suggestions and shortcuts to dictionary actions or the review panel.
Reviews can recheck document content and flag outdated findings or errors before actions are applied.
Documentation
Added guidance on integrating and translating the review interface, including its review panel and right-click menu.
A panel that steps through a document's issues beside the page, with
click-to-apply suggestions, Ignore Once, Ignore All, Add to Dictionary and a
Change field, plus a section for the right-click menu. Apps supply their
documents through a small Host trait, their translations and their theme.
The document stays editable during a review, so a correction is checked
against a fresh check first and changed text asks for a new pass.

Crate contract and integration crates/proof-ui/src/lib.rs, crates/proof-ui/Cargo.toml, Cargo.toml, README.md, crates/proof-ui/README.md, .github/workflows/proof-ui.yml
Defines the public issue and host interfaces, registers the crate in the workspace, documents the crate, and adds a workflow for formatting, Clippy, and locked tests.
Review pass and issue actions crates/proof-ui/src/review.rs, crates/proof-ui/src/tests.rs
Adds review state and actions for changing and ignoring findings and adding spelling findings to the dictionary. The review validates document identity and finding freshness, refreshes findings, and loads suggestions and bounded context. Tests cover review actions and state changes.
Review panel and context menu crates/proof-ui/src/ui.rs, crates/proof-ui/src/tests.rs
Adds translated, themed panel controls and context-menu choices. Tests cover panel layout, notices, menu choices, and context bounds.

Add a short-panel test with a long suggestion list.
The test harness renders the review panel at 320×800, and the fixture issues have at most two suggestions. At that size the panel content always fits, so the scroll area and the wrapped action links never take effect. A change that moves Ignore Once, Ignore All, Add to Dictionary, or Change… below a short viewport would not fail any current test.
Add a harness variant that sets a short height, such as 320×200 or a similar value. Use a fixture with enough suggestions to overflow the panel. Assert that each action control is reachable, either visible or reachable by scrolling. The check only needs to confirm the controls can be reached. It does not need to require that they are visible at the initial scroll position.

Route host error text outside the Text::ui catalog lookup.
Review::message can hold host errors from Host::change and Host::add_word. ui.rs:147 passes it to Text::ui. STRINGS and the Text docs cover only catalog entries, so these messages are missing from the catalog. A catalog-only app may show them untranslated or fail.

The panel's actions were underlined text, and a click on a suggestion changed the
document at once. Change is now a filled button with Ignore Once, Ignore All and
Add to Dictionary as outlined buttons under it, in a footer that stays in view when

Review::marks and Review::covers tell an app what to underline in its document.
From review: Action::Check starts a review that hadn't been; ignoring takes in what
its fresh check found; a failed check no longer says the document is clean; an issue
a fresh check lost offers Check Again; Host::change and Text::ui say what they

Add a test for a failed Check Again on an established review.
The only test that sets fail_check fails the initial start, before any issues exist. No test runs Action::Check on a review that already has issues while the check fails. A failed Check Again keeps the existing issue queue and shows the error message, and no test covers that state.
Add a test that starts a review, sets fail_check, runs Action::Check, and asserts the remaining issues and the error message.

Keep the action rows in view in short panels.
Below the MIN_BODY threshold, panel places the actions after the body inside the scroll area, so they can start below the viewport. At 130 points, both the three-row and four-row action layouts fall below the threshold. The doc comment says the actions stay in view when a short panel scrolls. With the actions kept at the bottom, a short list left a gap above them and a long
one scrolled the whole review. The list now reaches down to the actions and scrolls
on its own, under a Change to field that stays put. A failure shows above the issue,
so that it doesn't take the list's room.

From review: Check Again checks before forgetting what was ignored, so a failed
check keeps the pass. A failed check after Add to Dictionary only offers Check
Again, as the word is already accepted. Each issue has its own list scroll, as the
next issue's best suggestions opened scrolled out of view. The panel says how a very
short panel behaves, with a test.

Keep the check error after adding a word.
After Host::add_word succeeds, a failed refresh is replaced with CHANGED. The text did not change, but the panel shows "The text changed" and hides the real error, such as "the dictionary could not be read". The real error appears only after the user presses Check Again. Store the refresh error as the message. Use a separate state to block the accepted issue, instead of matching the message to CHANGED. Update the assertion at tests.rs:502.
