…ecycle docs - remove dev/build_stable.R, dev/remove_experimental.R and its test; drop the stable profile from build-package.yaml - remove dev/dev-* triggers; Quick Tests now run on PRs into integration - development-lifecycle: PRs land on integration, CI table matches triggers, schema-check PR targets integration and the cron reads main's workflow - AMOS article: chemi_amos_method_list() -> chemi_amos_method_keyset_pagination() - README: reword numeric server choice note - regenerate unit_test_readiness_audit.json
End-to-end Specmill pipeline: pinned toolkit, schema refresh, specmill.yml and apis/*.yml, hooks and callbacks, generate/document/check, manifest inputs rule, deferral flags, tests, pre-push checks, hand-written exceptions and upstream-first policy, pin bump, local clients. CONTRIBUTING.md becomes a checklist linking it; PRs target integration.
Release workflow now preserves the Unreleased section and every version's release-notes block when autonewsmd regenerates NEWS.md. Add a Migrating to ComptoxR 4.0 article and a NEWS entry for the bulk argument rename. Drop the stale generic_request() and .planning references and the one-off check_specmill_fixes.R script.

User-documentation pass after the Specmill migration dropped staging/dev APIs.

Quick Tests now also run on PRs intointegration.chemi_amos_method_list()→chemi_amos_method_keyset_pagination(limit = 20, all_pages = FALSE).
