Include fork-origin components in source selection.

For fork PRs, .tekton/osc-operator-bundle-pull-request.yaml publishes the fork URL through CHAINS-GIT_URL. A snapshot component from a fork PR can then carry that fork URL in source.git.url. The prefix filter at tests/build-test-artifacts.yaml:127 does not match the fork URL, so the component is excluded from revision selection.

The script then does one of two things. It can use the most common revision of the remaining upstream components, and the comment at lines 118-121 notes those can be stale. Or it can exit at line 134 when no component matches. This change introduces the regression because the previous name-based selection did not depend on the URL.

Select the source URL and revision from the component that triggered the build, not from an upstream URL prefix. The inspected code does not show which snapshot field identifies that component, so this comment does not propose a replacement expression.

Review comment at @tests/build-test-artifacts.yaml at line 127:
The prefix filter in the source-selection query can exclude the component that
triggered a fork build. Update the selection to use the triggering component’s
source URL and revision instead of matching against $repo; first establish which
snapshot field identifies that component, and do not assume a replacement field
or expression without verifying it.
