Adds Screenpipe Cloud to the remote MCP catalog so users can search screen content, audio transcriptions, app data and memories already synced to their Screenpipe account.

The entry links the official setup guide, uses OAuth discovery, and explains the read-only data-sync:read scope and the boundary between synced and local-only recordings. Connecting does not enable Data Sync. Screenpipe uses the source-available Screenpipe Commercial License.

Validation:

• Searched all 242 tracked catalog files and repository issue/PR history for Screenpipe; no existing entry or submission found.
• Verified the public endpoint returns a 401 challenge pointing to matching protected-resource metadata. Its issuer advertises dynamic registration and S256 PKCE. No registration, sign-in or recording access was performed.
• Verified the icon returns HTTP 200, image/png, with a nonempty body.
• YAML parses and git diff --check passes. The released Obot v0.26.1 validator was attempted across the catalog, but rejects existing current-schema fields such as serverUserType and env; validation with the main-branch schema is left to the repository's Build check. An authenticated end-to-end connection was not tested.
