Translates the getting-started section into Spanish, following the scaffold merged in #575. Part of #574.
The Apache-2.0 notice in
license.mdstays in English. The five unfinished stub pages are skipped, asdocs/fr/does. Each page carries asyncReffield recording the English commit it was translated from, per Sam's proposal in the workstream.Language review still pending.
