python-matplotlib now builds against python@3.14 and exposes itself via a
.pth in python3.14 site-packages, so quast's python@3.12 venv could not
import it ('Can't draw plots: python-matplotlib is missing or corrupted')
and never produced report.pdf. Pin quast to python@3.14 to match.
