Reverts #1457
This effectively reverts #1453, since we need to deploy another hotfix deployment. Just to help me remember why we have to revert this, it's because this changed the edit resources API endpoint to v2, but the v2 PR hasn't been merged yet (ShelterTechSF/sheltertech-go#245).
