The GitHub callout on the bug report page had no gap between its text and the trailing link icon, so long lines (e.g. with a larger font size) ran right into the icon. Move the callout into a reusable LinkCard in uni_ui and add spacing before the icon. Closes NIAEFEUP#1931

Adds spacing between the text and the link icon in the GitHub card on the bug report page, and moves that card into a reusable LinkCard in uni_ui so other link cards can use it.
