👩🏻 I’m Zelan Eroz Espanto — but most people call me Z.E.E or just Z. Fun fact: "Zelan Eroz" is an anagram of my parents’ names.

💻 Interested in AI alignment, agents, and full-stack development. I’m currently learning how to build full-stack cloud applications that are scalable, useful, and actually pleasant for people to use. I’m drawn to projects that sit between research and software engineering, where the work starts with a human question: “What do people actually need?”

🎓 I’m a Computer Science major at Case Western Reserve University, minoring in Maths and possibly Philosophy.

• I was born and raised in the Philippines then moved to Japan for the IB Diploma Program at UWC ISAK Japan (2022-2024), came to the United States for university, and studied abroad in Singapore (Spring 2026).

My24 is a SwiftUI iOS app designed to help users become more intentional about how they spend their time. I originally built it for myself to track changes in my energy and mood, plan around those patterns, and set weekly goals across areas such as coding, exercise, LeetCode, and social connection.

This was my first iOS project and gave me hands-on experience building a polished mobile interface with reusable components, custom styling, and organized application architecture.

PolitiKo is an ongoing project focused on making political and civic information more accessible, understandable, and engaging.

A multithreaded limit order book and trade-matching engine built in modern C++ for Linux. The system is designed to support buy and sell orders, price-time priority, partial order fills, and order cancellations.

The project explores high-performance systems concepts, including concurrent programming, efficient data structures, memory management, and low-latency processing.
