Claim -> source anchor: - Zammad sends shared mailbox email with delegated access: app/models/channel/driver/microsoft_graph_outbound.rb:33 (mailbox = shared_mailbox, token of the authenticated user) and lib/microsoft_graph.rb:14-18,214 (POST users/<mailbox>/sendMail, raw MIME). - Microsoft doesn't support send from alias for shared mailboxes outside OWA "Open another mailbox": known issues of "Sending From Email Aliases - General Availability" (Exchange Team Blog, Oct 2026). - Workaround (separate shared mailbox per address): same post names shared mailboxes as the alias workaround; Zammad supports multiple accounts.
