 Install:
 place pi.app to application folder (or games - depends on reader) on device
 
 Command line options:
 -l n  - go to line n after file open
 -f name - open file name (if not set treat last argument as file name)
 -s select mode (for bogomil) write filename and selected line number to stderr at exit 
 (also exit at edit)
