QSqliteSettingsFormat: SQLite backstore for QSettings

This backend improves the resiliance of QSettings data against system crashes and disk full conditions. It brings the stability of QSettings data close to the stability of an SQLite database, which is among the most well tested and stable pieces of software around. The example use:
