Fixes #67
Code to properly transliterate Thai text according to "Royal Thai General System of Transcription".
Limitation: Words should be separated by whitespaces, traditional Thai script doesn't use whitespaces at all, not possible to handle it without embedding the whole dictionary. But modern websites using whitespaces more and more, e.g. https://www.thairath.co.th.
