…claude` is From claude-code-internals probe C8 and C6 (Personal and Team orgs, Desktop 2.19675.0 and claude.ai web, 2026-10-02), wording reviewed by that project. - C8: the eval viewer's per-file Download, opened from a delivered file in the Claude app, failed for text outputs with "InvalidCharacterError: Failed to execute 'atob'" on web and Desktop, while base64 binary links saved byte-identical files after a trust prompt (sha256 verified). Emit text downloads as base64 data: URIs too (the cause is inferred; the fix is not yet re-probed). Published as an Artifact, every Download showed "File downloads aren't available for this artifact." while outputs stayed rendered; say so in environments.md. - C6: `claude` was on PATH in a cloud session (/opt/node22/bin/claude 2.1.288; nested `claude -p` returned the expected token) and in the local VM shell (/usr/local/bin/claude, n=4), and absent (rc 127) in the classic chat sandbox (Chat in the older picker, n=1). Restate the claude-cli-dependency message, the lint docstring, SKILL.md and the README with that scope; gating on `command -v claude` is unchanged.
Bump the version, date the changelog, and re-record the no-trigger cassette (the bump re-stales it).
