Description
Small fix required to make recent GPU synrad changes compile on CUDA using clang (see xsuite/xobjects#176).
NVRTC by default demotes const arrays that are too large for constant memory to the global memory. This is not the case for clang, which produces code which does not fit in the available constant space. This patch detects compilation with clang, and adds a
__device__qualifier where needed.
