发布门禁更新：固定干净提交 441cf03 本机 portable 26/26 全部通过（4119 JUnit，0 failures/errors，46 skipped）。但 PR 首轮 Linux CI 在 EngineManagerInitialStartupSynchronizationTest.failedInitialPrimaryCanBeRetriedAfterItsBinaryIsRepaired:1223 失败，retryUnavailablePrimaryEngine() 返回 false。发布请求只变更说明/元数据，未改 Java；目前仍需调查既有异步启动清理的竞态，不能用本机通过替代线上失败。不合并、不启动发布，待明确并复测。macOS 隔离应用已加载官方新 B11 到 Metal GTP ready，完整 UI 截图受当前工具限制，未计为通过。 |

修复提交 34b6dbb 的本机干净工作树完整回归已通过：portable 26/26 门禁；JUnit 4,138 项，0 失败、0 错误、46 项既有环境条件跳过；shaded JAR 打包与 LoggingProviderSmokeIT 通过，工作树仍干净。GitHub Linux Java 已由失败转为通过，仍等待 Windows Java 与 ci-required 完成，不提前合并。 |

Windows/Linux Java、Windows 脚本、仓库检查和脚本测试及 ci-required 已全部通过（run 34728387815）。已按验证过的 head 合并，merge SHA e8d0dc9。发布请求将等待该精确主线提交的 CI，再构建全部平台并校验来源、签名及资产；仅在全部成功后公开 next-2026-09-13.1 pre-release，不变更正式版与 R2 stable 频道。 |

The six-language notes retarget optional TensorRT to RTX 20 / GTX 16 and omit RTX 30, which remains an allowed TensorRT audience in product copy and detection.
Same exclusive RTX 20 / GTX 16 wording is repeated in 繁體中文, English, 日本語, 한국어, and ภาษาไทย (before-download bullets and TensorRT table labels).
Authority: originating ask is six-language GitHub release notes for this cut; CONTRIBUTING.md requires release-page, README, and install-doc wording to stay aligned; docs/RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md §四 MUST: write that TensorRT is optional for RTX 30 and earlier; README.md still says “TensorRT 是 RTX 30 系及以下的可选方案”; NvidiaGpuDetector.recommend / NvidiaGpuDetectorTest still ALLOW TensorRT on RTX 3070 (and RTX 2080 / GTX 1660).

SPEC-1 (IN_SCOPE) — TensorRT optional audience drops RTX 30
This bullet (and the matching TensorRT table label at line 41, plus the same pattern in all five other languages) limits TensorRT to RTX 20 / GTX 16. Product copy and detection still treat TensorRT as optional for RTX 30 and earlier (README.md, docs/RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md §四, NvidiaGpuDetector).
Acceptance: restore “RTX 30 series and earlier” (RTX 30 系及以下 / equivalent) in every language’s before-download bullet and TensorRT download-table label. GTX 16 may remain as an extra example, not the exclusive audience.

主线发布门禁发现另一处 Windows 测试等待边界：LoggingRuntimeTest.queueSaturationThenSuccessfulWriteMarksRecovered。已用 600ms 受控慢写入稳定复现，再用已有完成屏障修复，28 项日志测试通过。后续发布改为 next-2026-09-13.2，旧流程保持失败记录，不跳过门禁、不移动 tag；新 PR 将完成全部回归后继续发布。 |

从 e3b6d91 主线制作 next-2026-09-13.1，汇总上一正式版 next-2026-09-04.1 以来已合并的引擎恢复、SGF 规则确认、逐引擎测速、官方 B11 更新、TensorRT 布局、诊断、HumanSL 镜像与自建远程说明等改进。感谢 @qiyi71w 及其他参与者。
#449 继续保持 Draft，不纳入发布：官方引擎能力、#445 与最终验收条件尚未满足。
发布约束
仅新增发布请求和六语固定结构说明；具体文件链接全部使用 GitHub。合并后由现有发布器等待精确 main SHA CI，再构建 Windows、Linux、macOS Apple Silicon/Intel，校验签名、公证、文件大小、SHA 和 provenance 后才公开 pre-release。失败保持 Draft，不改官网/R2 stable 正式版，不移动已有 tag。
验证
