feat(lineage): trace knowledge to Sources and Agents

Summary

• parse portable Source references from knowledge-page frontmatter
• preserve Agent identity, Change id, and task in ordinary Git commit trailers
• show one shared Source → Agent → commit → Review lineage component locally and in Cloud
• let members preview referenced Sources while public readers only see the lineage

Verification

• full web test suite, lint, and production build
• 111 desktop Rust tests
• Rust 1.98 fmt and Clippy with -D warnings
• browser visual check of the complete chain and Source preview dialog
• clone portability test reconstructs provenance from Markdown and Git alone

Approved layout update (2026-09-13)

• Replaces the inline technical chain with a quiet Sources & records footer entry and a shared right-hand panel for desktop and Cloud.
• Sources / Records tabs show readable source titles, excerpts, safe original links, Agent tasks, commits, and related Reviews; paths, hashes, and IDs are collapsed by default.
• Source content loads on demand, with retry and honest empty states. Page changes reset the panel; comments and lineage share one side-panel slot.
• Cloud comments use a reserved toolbar so they cannot overlap the panel close control. Desktop keeps its existing page header.
• Narrow readers use an overlay panel; keyboard tabs, Escape, and return focus are covered.
• Records describe the current version only, not a complete historical timeline. Public readers do not load member-only Source content; historical local page views do not fetch current Source excerpts.

Updated verification

• Full web test suite, ESLint, production build: passed.
• Chromium + WebKit browser regressions: 14 passed (lineage, comments, responsive layout, HTML isolation).
• Desktop Rust library tests: 114 passed; Rust formatting passed.
• Actual shared-component browser fixture visually inspected (demo data, not a live Cloud end-to-end test).
• Integrates current dev; requires backend https://github.com/wfnuser/cowiki-backend/pull/9 for Cloud provenance and Source reads.
