As a member (not TAG or Web Apps Chair), I'm still very confused as how this works when it's also a WHATWG Workstream proposal whatwg/sg#264 It feels like that should resolve first? Or is there going to be some kind of WHATWG/W3C MoU for this? |

The expectation is that the Working Group would not work on the deliverables should the WHATWG workstream proposal be approved. The overlap in organizations between WHATWG and W3C should prevent any situation where work gets started in both places. Adding the specs to the draft charter allows W3C Membership to weigh in during AC review. |
