This project is abandonned/stalled.
Based on this project, I wrote three PEPs:
- PEP 509 -- Add a private version to dict => ACCEPTED
- PEP 510 -- Specialize functions with guards => REJECTED
- PEP 511 -- API for code transformers => REJECTED
There was no evidence that FAT Python will succeed to make Python faster.
FYI I'm now working on other approaches like https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0620/
It has been a while since Python 3.6, so I was wondering, can this be used without a patched python?
Also I was wondering what the project's status was.
