Prepare the first beta release for all ten public packages, with exact internal dependencies, updated lockfile, and package changelogs. Includes the nullable React Store and Vue Boolean prop fixes merged in #130.

The release workflow generated and validated these version changes successfully; this PR is created manually because repository settings prohibit Actions from opening pull requests. Publication remains gated by the full release workflow, including browser and packed-consumer checks.
