Restore per-package release history from published npm metadata, tarballs, and repository release snapshots. The previous changelogs copied project-wide summaries into unrelated packages and omitted early releases.
This documents 81 published-version entries across ten packages, including the former Vite package name, exact dependency versions, and an evidence page explaining provenance limits. It does not change versions or attribute the unpublished #108/#122/#125 work to old releases.
Validation: each package's version list was compared with public npm metadata; current headings, duplicate entries, and diff whitespace were checked. Documentation-only change; no packages were published.
