The backend serves the React SPA from public/index.html, but the
Codespace setup only ran npm install without building. This caused
/admin/ and /t/demo/ to return {"error":"Admin panel not found"}.
Now the setup script runs npm run build and copies the output to
public/ so the app works immediately on port 8485.

- setup.sh now starts uvicorn in the background after DB init, waits for /health to respond, then prints the ready message - devcontainer.json adds postStartCommand to restart uvicorn when a stopped Codespace is resumed - Port 8485 already has onAutoForward: "openBrowser" so the browser opens automatically to the running app https://claude.ai/code/session_0161AK6paBMXuxs7uThEWmjC
