Hello, I've been trying to get some information about whether or not a chapter API is planned or in the work because we use Vimeo Premium exclusively via API and need to make use of the chapters feature added 2 years ago.
Sadly no API exist for them and they are only editable through the vimeo interface, and so are not much use to us 😞
The doc only mentions that it's not yet possible to add/edit chapters via API but no other information as to if or when it will happen
