Replace the README hero with an image-model render of the re-laid-out spec - #24

… spec The vector hero overlapped its own labels at README width. The spec is re-laid out on a four-column grid, and the published hero is a gpt-image-2 render through OpenRouter that takes that vector render as its layout reference and the other pipeline diagrams as style references, the way the previous hero was made.
