viewer: caret navigation, forward delete, numpad support, and accessibility deadline

Summary

• Adds forward delete (\Delete: \uE017), arrow key caret navigation, home/end/page navigation, and full numpad mapping to \�iewer.html.
• Adds \key press\ classification in \wda_client.py\ activity summary.
• Adds \WDA_ACCESSIBILITY_DEADLINE\ configuration in \config.py\ (default 2.0s) and passes \�ccessibilityDeadline\ in /appium/settings\ on session creation (in coordination with upstream feat: bound accessibility snapshot requests to avoid indefinite hangs appium/WebDriverAgent#1214).
• Adds viewer poll docs and syslog helper script.

Verification

• 415/415 tests pass in pytest.
