Summary

A site URL such as /grades or /lessons no longer keeps the Plus course. The launch row stays, so returning to that course URL is still logged in.
A request with no course clears the session manifest and does not show a grade-book class title.
When a site login opens a Plus course, or a site tool needs a course, the page offers Close Tab and Continue. Continue uses this tab LTI return URL when one is stored, and the site home when it is not.

Test plan

Launch a Plus course, then open /grades and /lessons in that tab. The pages should look logged out of the Plus course, with no class title and no Plus manifest.
Return to the Plus course URL. The same tab should still be logged into that course.
Log in with Google on the site, then open the Plus course URL. The page should explain that this session cannot open the course, with Close Tab and Continue. Continue should return to the LMS when this tab still has a return URL.
While signed in with no course, open /grades. The page should say the page needs a course, with Close Tab and Continue back to the site or the LTI return.
