docs: fix broken star history chart in README - #204

The star history chart in the README and its Chinese translation is currently broken due to restrictions on the GitHub stargazer API, so the chart no longer renders. Update the chart links to use a working mirror that serves the chart from a single domain. This restores the star history chart for both README files.

The star history chart in the README (and README_zh) is currently broken and no longer renders, because the upstream service is limited by GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart at a working mirror so the star history chart displays correctly again in both the English and Chinese README files.
