Some feedback
- the thumbnail is missing
- The post now appear in the past. The date should be set into the future for when we imagine the blogpost will be published (a week from now?)
The content looks great. Just a suggestion, feel free to ignore,
- Maybe you could have two major headers, in whatever order you like:
-
- Transcriptomics: tidyseurat, tidySCE and tidySE
-
- Genomics: plyranges
and in transcrptomics explain in an introduction that all three works analogously, but that you are showing tidyseurat as an example.

It took a while to catch some ANSI color codes that Seurat associated pkgs were emitting, despite This should be good to submit. @stemangiola I can just hit merge PR? |
