Authorizing Taco costs twice as much as tBTC/RandomBeacon #168

Closed as not planned

Description

@somaweb3

Why does authorizaing Taco costs twice as much? Painful on ETH mainnet when fees are high, which is always

    Closing as no longer applicable to this repository's current staking flow. The TIP-100 changes merged in #171 removed authorization increases and new staking, so the TACo authorization operation discussed here is no longer supported by the current TokenStaking implementation. This is an obsolete-flow closure, rather than a claim that the historical gas-cost difference was fixed.
