The stack moved onto upstream main at b3a30e8, which adds superfly#567, superfly#568, superfly#580, superfly#583, superfly#559, and superfly#520. Add
partial_retriesconfig for fully buffered changes that failed to apply.0disables retries. Otherwise each failure is retried that many times, waiting 5 minutes and doubling after each try. After the last failure the version is left unapplied and not retried again.
