Summary

Adds a Combined A/V Lanes checkbox to the Timeline Display Settings popup (the wrench toolbar button). When enabled, video and audio tracks for the same source clip are shown in a single merged lane rather than separate video/audio rows — matching Adobe Premiere Pro's A/V lanes view.
