ui: check floating destinations and integrity-matched font bytes - #567
Docking, floatability (model.rs ~945).apply_with_permissions checked that a panel was movable and that the anchor took the placement, but not whether the anchor was in a floating window. A panel the host marks not floatable could be moved into an existing floating window with a tab or split at an anchor there (Move, OpenAt, MovePanel, MoveGroup/Column/Window with Target::At).
Docking, group placement (model.rs ~1333).placement_allowed let Placement::Group through unconditionally. At a floating anchor, insert_moving turns it into a split of the anchor's frame, so an anchor with accepts_splits: false was split anyway.
Served fonts (fonts/served/loader.rs). The loader cached fetched bytes, in-flight requests and failures by URL only, and Stack::provide installed them into every face with that URL. Bytes accepted under an empty or different integrity value were later installed into a face whose descriptor required its own SRI hash, without that check.
What changed
apply_with_permissions computes whether the anchor is in a floating window and refuses non-floatable movers there, for every At-addressed action. placement_allowed takes floating and requires accepts_splits for Group at a floating anchor.
Loader state is keyed by (url, integrity). Arrivals install through a new crate-internal Stack::provide_fetched(url, integrity, file), which matches both. The public Stack::provide(url, file) keeps its signature and meaning for apps that supply files themselves.
Tests: four refused actions (non-floatable panel into the floating window by tab, MovePanel, MoveGroup; a group below a no-splits floating anchor), with the layout unchanged, while floatable moves and docked group placement still work. Bytes provided under "" are not installed into a face requiring sha256-strict, and are installed under the matching integrity.
Blast radius
craft-ui docking permission checks and the wasm served-font loader. Only hosts that mark panels non-floatable or anchors non-splittable see new refusals, which is what those flags say. Fonts: the same URL under two integrity values is now fetched twice; served manifests normally give one face one integrity.
Moving panels or groups into floating windows now respects floatability and split permissions. Rejected moves leave the layout unchanged.
Font files are now matched using both their URL and integrity value, preventing data fetched with one integrity value from being used where another is required.
- docking: apply_with_permissions refuses a move or open into a floating
window for a panel that is not floatable (Move, OpenAt, MovePanel and
group/column/window moves), and a Group placement at a floating anchor,
which becomes a split of its frame, needs accepts_splits.
- fonts: the served-font loader keys fetched files, in-flight requests,
failures and pending UI faces by (url, integrity), and installs bytes
only into faces requiring the integrity they were fetched under
(Stack::provide_fetched); the public Stack::provide is unchanged.

Walkthrough
Floating-window docking moves now enforce destination placement and floatability permissions. Served font loading now distinguishes files by both URL and integrity when selecting faces, fetching files, and tracking loader state.
Changes: Floating-window placement permissions
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Check floating destinations and placement permissions crates/ui/src/docking/model.rs, crates/ui/src/docking/model_tests.rs
Move operations check placement permissions and floatability for floating destinations. Tests cover rejected moves that leave the layout unchanged, plus permitted moves.
Integrity-aware served font loading
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Select served faces by URL and integrity crates/ui/src/fonts/served.rs, crates/ui/src/fonts/tests.rs
Fetched files match faces by URL and integrity. A test checks that bytes supplied with a mismatched integrity do not populate the face.
Track font loading by URL and integrity crates/ui/src/fonts/served/loader.rs
Cached files, pending requests, failures, and retries now use URL-and-integrity keys. Successful fetches provide both values to the stack.
The floating-destination and integrity-aware font changes have no established merge-blocking defect. Additional success-layout and loader-integrity assertions would strengthen regression coverage; the anchored Open inconsistency remains a pre-existing follow-up.

Apply the floating-destination floatable check to anchored Action::Open.
948-954: Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Apply the floating-destination floatable check to anchored Action::Open.
Action::Open { anchor: Some(_) } checks only accepts_tabs on the anchor. An absent panel that is not floatable can therefore be inserted as a tab into a floating anchor's group. OpenAt with the same tab placement now rejects that case. The check should also cover anchored Open for panels that are not already in the layout.

Update the anchored Action::Open handling to reject opening an absent,
non-floatable panel as a tab in a floating anchor’s group, matching the
destination check in Action::OpenAt. Preserve the existing accepts_tabs
validation and behavior for panels already in the layout.
Add destination assertions after the two permitted moves.
Add destination assertions after the two permitted moves.
The two permitted moves at model_tests.rs:144 and :146 only call unwrap(). A change that returns Ok without moving panel 5 or group [11, 12] still passes the suite. No other docking test checks these resulting layouts.

Review comment at @crates/ui/src/docking/model_tests.rs around lines 144 - 146:
In the permitted-moves test in model_tests.rs, add destination assertions after
each successful apply_with_permissions call: verify panel 5 reaches the
requested destination and group [11, 12] reaches its requested destination. Also
assert after each move that the layout still contains all expected panels.
Record the integrity passed to Fetcher::fetch in FakeFetch, and assert it for a strict face.
Record the integrity passed to Fetcher::fetch in FakeFetch, and assert it for a strict face.
The new test calls provide_fetched directly, so it does not exercise Loader::fetch. FakeFetch::fetch discards its integrity argument, and the loader-path tests use faces with empty integrity. A change that passes "" to fetch while the bytes stay keyed by "sha256-strict" would leave the suite passing. Record the argument and add a loader-driven assertion for a strict face.
Then add a loader-driven test with a face whose integrity is "sha256-strict". Assert that integrities contains that face's URL paired with "sha256-strict".

Review comment at @crates/ui/src/fonts/tests.rs around lines 690 - 692:
Update FakeFetch::fetch to record each URL and its integrity argument, then add
a loader-driven test using a face with strict integrity and assert that
Loader::fetch passes the expected URL-integrity pair. Keep the existing direct
provide_fetched test separate, since it does not verify the loader’s fetch
argument.
