Add TypeScript declarations

Just wrote together some TypeScript declarations for this library. Tested the example from the readme in an empty project (so not tested some of the types, but might be alright as it's just repetition).

I also didn't add code documentation (for better suggestions/completion), because it wouldn't add that much value for developers imo (happy to add it though).
