feat: bind first public-source package candidates

Summary

• document the exact baseline import delta, including the Ferroamp V2X host-field fix and its focused contract test
• reserve new public-source package versions: Pixii 1.2.1, SDM630 1.1.2, Sungrow 1.3.1
• add a generated 61-driver x 2-target support matrix that separates catalog, conformance, signed beta, HIL, stable and legacy parity
• keep all candidate targets control-off; Pixii is marked not parity-approved
• align the SDM630 source manifest with the exact public source bytes
