This adds a GitHub Actions workflow (
.github/workflows/scip-clang.yml) thatbuilds p4-fusion and uploads a precise SCIP code intelligence index to
Sourcegraph S2 on every push to
master.The workflow reuses the repository's existing build recipe from
validate-migration.yaml:vendor/helix-core-api/linux.generate_cache.sh+build.sh, additionallyexporting a Clang compilation database (
build/compile_commands.json) bysetting
CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS=ON.scip-clangagainst the compilation database and uploads the resultingindex.scipwithsrc code-intel upload.The indexing job runs on
ubuntu-24.04because currentscip-clangreleasesrequire glibc 2.38+.
srcis downloaded directly from the target instance so italways matches the server version, and the latest
scip-clangrelease isresolved at runtime.
