Part of a fleet-wide sweep to make every cockpit-* sensor plugin match one UI standard: the dark AryaOS operations-console theme, >=48px (3rem) touch targets on all buttons and form controls for gloved field use on mobile, and a unified 760px responsive breakpoint (action buttons wrap to full width on phones; desktop layout unchanged). Changes: PatternFly buttons 36px -> 48px min-height, form controls given a 48px floor, removed the dead 308-line legacy src/index.css and its link, replaced the leftover "Cockpit Starter Kit" page title, dropped the inline 300px input width so fields go full-width on phones.
Stacked on #65 (based on iconset-downloads); retargets to main automatically when #65 merges.
Verified: node build.js passes; vitest 8/8 pass.
