Add it to this project's own build (project/plugins.sbt) so its CI logs get GitHub Actions groups and annotations. It is intentionally NOT added to the bundled plugins in build.sbt, so consumers of sbt-decent-scala are not forced to depend on it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
