I THINK this is what makes sense? Adding myself with permissions to mess with datadog dashboards, and user but not superuser for fastly. I assume it makes sense to have me in "foundation" bucket for team access as well? Not fully clear to me what that entails.

Approving because Jess is in the on-call-crates-io team and probably will be onboarded on more rust foundation related stuff, soon rust-lang/team#2699

I had to temporarily disable the following permission in Fastly from Denis so that the diff goes away:

  # fastly_user.users["syphar"] will be updated in-place
  ~ resource "fastly_user" "users" {
        id    = "5QwY2ELyLvdFu1WIDfvfPm"
        name  = "Denis Cornehl"
      ~ role  = "ngwaf_user_imported" -> "user"
        # (1 unchanged attribute hidden)
    }

After applying, I enabled the permission again. Unfortunately, this is blocked by https://github.com/fastly/terraform-provider-fastly
