Adds RuneLite Party stats sharing and compact player panels with avatars, names, and the existing five stats. Each client reports its own times; receivers display the supplied values without extrapolation. Timer snapshots are limited to once per second, with no idle heartbeats and at most two spaced retries for missing initial data.
Copy Party Results uses the compact Crab Dancer format, sorted by reported total time. Members without snapshots are included with placeholder times, and unnamed Party records are hidden until a character name arrives.
Validation: local Java 11-targeted build and development launcher compilation passed against RuneLite 1.13.1. Live Party delivery still needs confirmation. No new third-party dependencies.
