Feature Request: SPM compatibility filter and score

Now that Swift Package Manager is released in react native 0.87 it would be awesome to be able to filter on packages that supports it.

That's a good idea. Do you know about any code/file pattern which we can automatically detect to mark package as supporting SPM?

If there is no universal way to detect that we probably should add a manual flag to let package authors and users to fill it out on the library entry.

It might be enough be enough to check if there is a Package.swift or ios/Package.swift file? As far as I understand react native build is only checking those places (source).
