This has pre-existing test failures unrelated to the change. Holding off on merging until the test issue is resolved.

This PR's CI failures are pre-existing and unrelated to the change (just Tracked in:
Holding off merging until the PyMC fix lands. Once it does, I'll rebase this PR and re-run CI. |
