when toggling
backgroundbetween light/dark or after:colorschemecommands, the Octo highlight groups are cleared. Octo's UI (bubbles, state/status labels) then looks broken. Instead, we need to restore the hl groups on everyColorSchemeevent. it's a common pattern in nvim plugins and a straightforward fix so I didn't bother creating a lengthy issue for it, but let me know in case you need more input on this
