Include fontawesome fonts in this package, so it can show the icons when used in an intranet.

There's a problem when using this theme in an intranet environment where the clients can (by policy) only visit a few selected sites:

As the icons are transferred from http://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/... those icons are missing. A simple solution would be to include the necessary fonts in this theme and link to them locally.
