Update project, refactor and add CI to build APK - #17

Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24: actions/checkout@v4, actions/setup-java@v4, actions/upload-artifact@v4, gradle/actions/setup-gradle@v4. setup-java v4 is deprecated and will no longer receive updates. Please migrate to actions/setup-java@v5.
