"Resume mapping" button from a project page caused JOSM to load without locking the task

I did some mapping on task 51 yesterday. Came back and hit "resume mapping" on the project page. I don't know enough about HOT to know what the expected behavior is (maybe take me to the task and load JOSM?) but leaving the task unlocked seems not great.

Hmmmm... Maybe that task is just busted somehow. I cannot get the task page to load for it.
