feat(GUI-SQL): add libredb/libredb-studio

Adds one item file, items/GUI-SQL/libredb-studio.yaml. README.md and resources/README-en.md are left untouched, since the generator workflow rebuilds them on push to main.

LibreDB Studio is a self-hosted, browser-based SQL IDE under MIT. It covers sixteen engines, and it is deployed as a server rather than installed per workstation: an official Helm chart, an operator in both the OperatorHub and the community OLM catalogs, and a Docker image.

The image is reachable from mainland China through m.daocloud.io, which was added to their allowlist yesterday.
