Bumped the `infrahub` dependency to 4.33.0, which upgrades the `neo4j` subchart from 2025.10.1-4 to 2026.5.0 (Neo4j 2026.05.0). Deployments using a persistent data volume will have their store upgraded by Neo4j on first startup, so back up the database before upgrading the chart.

Bumped `appVersion` to 1.11.0, so the chart deploys Infrahub 1.11 by default. 1.11 ships the Neo4j 6.2 Python driver, which is the driver Neo4j 2026.05 is validated against.

Upgraded the `neo4j` subchart from 2025.10.1-4 to 2026.5.0, which deploys Neo4j 2026.05.0. This matches the Neo4j version Infrahub is tested against. Dropped the explicit empty `neo4j.neo4j.resources.limits` map. The 2026.5.0 `neo4j` subchart only auto-fills limits for the shorthand `resources.cpu`/`resources.memory` form, so the requests-only block now leaves limits unset on its own. Neo4j still runs without a memory cap, and the rendered container is unchanged.
