feat: Cloudcasting API

Want to show an extra model in the API. (blend_cloudcasting)

Users will need a permission to access this from Auth0

Future (not in this issue):

Phase 2 (Q1 2027): brand new users also get cloudcasting trial (along side there other trials)
Phase 3 (Q2 2027): Production trial separation, we can give different users, different end trial dates for different products

We want to show in the docs, but have a auth0 permission if people can access this.

To discuss, if trial users get this by default

cloudcasting casting will be available to existing users. Give Auth0 permission to these. Manually track trial end date

Phase 2 (Q1 2027)

Phase 3 (Q2 2027)
